In 1998, Tammy Baldwin became the first openly LGBT candidate to win election to Congress as a non-incumbent and the first woman elected to Congress from the state of Wisconsin. With your help she will make history again and become the first openly LGBT United States Senator and the first woman to be elected to the Senate from Wisconsin. Join us in making history!

Contributions or gifts to Tammy Baldwin for Senate are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. We cannot accept contributions from corporations, labor unions, government contractors and foreign nationals who are not permanent residents. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be received by any other person. An individual may contribute a maximum amount of $2,500 per election (the primary and general are separate elections) to a federal candidate. Federal multi-candidate political action committees (PACs) may contribute $5,000 per election. Corporations and individuals are strictly prohibited from reimbursing another person for making a contribution to Baldwin for Senate.
